Leading Benelux law firm NautaDutilh has announced the appointment of Elke Janssens [1973] as partner at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Elke Janssens is specialised in corporate and financial law and is part ofthe Corporate & Finance practice group at the Brussels office.

This practice group, which focuses strongly onthe Belgian market, occupies a central place in the Brussels office.

Elke will devote herself mostly to the furthergrowth of the Mergers & Acquisitions market segment.

She publishes and lectures regularly and is a voluntaryco-worker at the University of Brussels.

Frederike Manzoni-van de Kuilen [1972] works at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam and is specialised in tax law. Sheadvises national and international clients on VAT and customs issues. She also represents these clients innational and international acquisitions and financing transactions. In addition to this, she is involved in public-private infrastructure and real estate projects.

Léon Wijsman [1971] is head of NautaDutilh’s Tax Litigation group in the Netherlands. As a lawyer and taxexpert, he focuses on litigation and advising on tax and customs issues at national and European level. Hisclients are domestic and foreign companies, multinationals, banks, insurance companies and manufacturingand trading companies. He is also carrying out research at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
